When you report a problem
It helps to include your phone model, Android version, the app version (Bisect → Home → settings), and which game or question it happened on.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refund requests go through Google Play as well.
